Which Nomination Form Should I Use?
If you are the "owner" or contact person for the product, or if you have all of the required product information at hand,
please use our Multi-Page nomination form. This form takes a little longer to finish, but it ensures that complete and accurate
information will be posted on our site. It also speeds up our review time, so your product will be published on our site much sooner.
If you have only a limited amount of information about a product, feel free to use our One-Page nomination form.
Quality Mall staff will use the information that you submit to complete the nomination and submit it to our Department Managers for
review and eventual publication on the site.
Please note that, due to the time needed to gather all of the required information, nominations submitted using
the one-page form will take significantly longer to appear as published products in the Quality Mall than those submitted
using our multi-page form.
